Commercial water damage struck this Colorado Springs office building when the sprinkler system activated inadvertently and remained on long enough to dampen the walls and lay down a lot of water on the tile flooring. A pipe inside the floor burst affecting two office suites on either side of the pipe.  It was not easy to locate the source of the burst pipe because of its positioning.  We were able to work with the property manager and tenants on a cleanup schedule that would minimize disruption to their businesses.
