Kitchen Sink - Pipe Burst

A loose water supply line to this kitchen sink broke unexpectedly.  Luckily the customer was home at the time and was able to shut off the water at the main.  

Water flowed from under the kitchen cabinets outward affecting the surrounding cabinets and kitchen flooring.  The floor began to lift very quickly and to get the wet materials under the cabinets it was necessary to remove them.

After we remove non-salvageable materials, we install drying equipment and treat the home structure with an anti-microbial agent to discourage mold growth.  

Even though this customer lost part of her kitchen cabinets, had she not been home during the incident the damage could have been much more extensive.
