Monsoon rain floods Manitou Springs Crawlspace

Back in August when the Pike's Peak region was inundated with afternoon rainstorms, a customer of ours in Manitou Springs got a nasty surprise in her crawlspace.  Her sump pump stopped working causing a water backup. 

By the time we arrived there were pools of water all over the crawlspace.  The drying procedure required a few different steps.  First, we needed to extract the pools of water using a truck-mounted wet/dry vacuum.  Second, we treated the affected wooden structural materials in the crawlspace with an anti-microbial agent that discourages mold growth.  For the third step we installed drying equipment to dehumidify the crawlspace.
