Fire Damage- Basement Fire

This basement was damaged from a house fire.  As you can see, there is significant damage to the walls, ceiling, floor, and stairs.  The furniture was also damaged. The invisible damage includes the smoke odor that has permeated every surface in the house.  

SERVPRO of Northern Colorado Springs / Tri-Lakes remediated this damage and restored the basement.  They removed structural material that was damaged beyond repair and repaired the structure.  SERVPRO also used technology to remove the smoke odor from the house and its belongings.

The owners have a soot free basement that is ready to be finished to their specifications.
